*The Performance Services division of ACA Group has issued an independent certification for Trinity’s fully realized real estate equity investments for the period of February 1, 2010, through September 30, 2024, certifying an aggregate historic return of a 19.30% IRR and a 1.68x cash-on-cash (CoC) multiple gross of asset management fees. Because Trinity does not charge an asset management fee, the firm's net returns are also an IRR of 19.30% and a CoC of 1.68x.  Trinity's performance certification and policies and procedures are available upon request.
