Put simply: access, transparency and control. Both Trinity and RealCrowd provide investors with access to private equity investments they would not otherwise be able to participate in. Trinity takes RealCrowd’s access even further by including traditional private equity investments in operating companies as part of their business model.
Trinity serves as asset manager, operator and co-invested Sponsor in all of their investment activity, affording them insight into the real-time performance of their assets and the transparency of incredibly robust reporting standards.

*The Performance Services division of ACA Group has issued an independent certification for Trinity’s fully realized real estate equity investments for the period of February 1, 2010, through March 31, 2025 certifying an aggregate historic return of a 17.62% IRR and a 1.53x cash-on-cash (CoC) multiple gross of asset management fees. Because Trinity does not charge an asset management fee, the firm's net returns are also an IRR of 17.62% and a CoC of 1.53x. Trinity's performance certification and policies and procedures are available upon request.
