In October 2017, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with S2 Capital to acquire and renovate Trinity Place, a 267-unit, garden-style multifamily community located in Mesquite, Texas. In March 2021, the partnership closed on the sale of the property.
