In September 2017, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with S2 Capital to acquire and renovate The Hudson, a 660-unit multifamily community in Arlington, Texas. Trinity provided $17.7 million of capital. In December 2020, the partnership closed on the sale of the transaction.
