TRINITY SELLS SPRINGS AT STONE OAK VILLAGE

In August 2016, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with CAF Capital to acquire the 360-unit Springs at Stone Oak Village apartment community in San Antonio, Texas. Trinity Provided provided $8.7 million of preferred equity capital. In February 2021, the partnership closed on the sale of the property.
