TRINITY SELLS PARK AT STONE CREEK

In October 2013, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Bridgeview Real Estate to purchase The Park at Stone Creek (formerly Shadow Creek), a 420-unit multifamily community located in Austin, Texas. In February 2016, the partnership closed on the sale of the property.
