TRINITY SELLS OVERLOOK RANCH

In August 2015, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with CAF Capital to acquire and renovate Overlook Ranch, a 318-unit multifamily community in the Alliance area of Fort Worth, Texas. The sale of the property closed in December 2019.

Trinity investors realized an IRR of 15.7% and a cash-on-cash return of 1.78x over the 52-month investment period.
