In February 2013, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with DLC Residential to develop Mansfield on the Green, a 308-unit apartment community in Mansfield, Texas. The sale of the property closed in April 2019.
Trinity investors realized an IRR of 10.0% and a cash-on-cash return of 1.80x over the 74-month investment period.
