In February 2017, Trinity Investors partnered with Network Acquisition Partnership Alliance for the purpose of acquiring and renovating two garden-style multifamily communities in Lake Jackson, Texas. Treasure Bay has 200-units and was constructed in 1974, and Oyster Creek has 201-units and was built in 1976. Trinity provided $9.17 million in preferred equity and mezzanine capital. In January 2021, the partnership closed on the sale of both properties.
