In January 2019, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with S2 Capital to recapitalize and renovate two 1973-vintage multifamily communities in Jacksonville, Florida: the 487-unit Boat House Apartments and 616-unit Shore House Apartments. In December 2021, the partnership successfully closed on the sale of the properties.
