TRINITY SELLS FINAL HOME IN WEST HIGHLAND PARK

In February 2016, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Urban Genesis to develop 12 detached, single-family homes in the West Highland Park neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. The sale of the final home closed in March 2019.

Trinity investors realized an IRR of 12.1% and a cash-on-cash return of 1.33x over the 37-month investment period.
