TRINITY SELLS DOLPHIN'S LANDING

In August 2019, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with GVA Management for the first time on the acquisition of Dolphin's Landing Apartments, a 219-unit, 1973-vintage multifamily community in Corpus Christi, Texas. In March 2021, the partnership successfully closed on the sale of the property.
