TRINITY SELLS CASA VERDE

In September 2017, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Tri Consulting Group to acquire and renovate Casa Verde Apartments, a garden-style, 384-unit multifamily community in North Houston. Trinity provided $8.5 of capital for the project. In June 2021, the partnership closed on the sale of the property.
