In June 2015, Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with S2 Capital to acquire and renovate Camelot Village (since renamed to Forty200), a 512-unit, garden-style multifamily community located in Mesquite, Texas. In March 2021, the partnership successfully closed on the sale of the property.
