Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) sold its 99-unit, 122-bed assisted living/Alzheimer's facility in Mansfield, Texas. Trinity investors in Waterview at Mansfield realized a pre-tax IRR of 27% and a cash-on-cash return of 295% over the life of the investment.
