Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) provided $1.73 million for the development and growth of five Fish City Grill restaurants in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston areas. Neptune Restaurant Ventures manages the restaurants. Trinity has since exited the investment.
