Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with Grubb Properties to fund the development of a 344-unit multifamily community in the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter district of Winston-Salem, NC. Trinity provided $8.5 million of capital for the transaction.
