Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with The LaSalle Group to develop and operate a 54-bed memory care facility in Naples, Florida. Autumn Leaves is dedicated to the care and wellbeing of those living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Trinity provided $4.24 million of equity for the project.
