Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with GVA Management for the ninth time to acquire and renovate Paces River Apartments. Paces River is a 1990-vintage, 470-unit garden-style apartment community located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Trinity provided $19.615 million of junior capital for the acquisition of the Property.
