Trinity Investors has partnered with GVA Management for the eleventh time to acquire and renovate The Legacy at Six Forks Apartments. The Legacy at Six Forks is a 1980/1984-vintage, 471-unit garden-style apartment community located at 6317 Shanda Dr, Raleigh, North Carolina. Trinity provided $30.000 million of junior capital for the acquisition of the Property.
