TRINITY FUNDS ACQUISITION OF MULTIFAMILY COMMUNITY IN HOUSTON

Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with S2 Capital to fund the acquisition and renovation of a 793-unit multifamily community in the Med-Center submarket of Houston, Texas. Trinity provided $21.25 million of capital for the transaction, which closed during March of 2018.
