Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with GVA Management for the sixth time to acquire and renovate Caledon Apartments. Caledon is a 1995-vintage, 350-unit garden-style apartment community located in Greenville, South Carolina. Trinity provided $15.000 million of junior capital for the acquisition of the Property.
