TRINITY FUNDS ACQUISITION OF MULTIFAMILY COMMUNITY IN GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS

Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with S2 Capital to acquire and renovate Windridge Apartments, a 720-unit multifamily community in Grand Prairie, Texas. Trinity provided $10.46 million of new capital and $9.97 million of 1031 sales proceeds from a previous partnership between S2 and TPEG that was recently exited.
