Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with GVA Management for the fifth time to acquire and renovate Island Villas Apartments. Island Villas is a 2008-vintage, 336-unit garden-style apartment community located in Christi, Texas. Trinity provided $11.200 million in equity capital for the transaction of the Property.
