TRINITY FUNDS ACQUISITION OF MULTIFAMILY COMMUNITY IN CONYERS, GA


Trinity Investors has partnered with GVA Management for the fourteenth time to acquire and renovate Almand Creek Apartments. Almand Creek is a 2002-vintage, 236-unit garden-style apartment community located at 1825 Parker Rd SE, Conyers, Georgia. Trinity provided $16.900 million of junior capital for the acquisition of the Property.
