Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered for the 22nd time with S2 Capital to acquire and renovate Pinetree Apartments, a 220 unit, 1974-vintage multifamily asset located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Trinity provided $9.8 million in equity capital for the transaction.
