The Park at Fountain City is a 1971-vintage, 257-unit garden-style apartment community located at 2202 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN.

North Park Apartments is a 1970-vintage, 121-unit garden-style apartment community located at 5237 Tillery Dr, Knoxville, TN.

Gardens at Knoxwood Apartments is a 1969-vintage, 97-unit garden-style apartment community located at 2627 Wimpole Ave, Knoxville, TN.
