TRINITY FUNDS ACQUISITION OF MULTIFAMILY COMMUNITIES IN CHARLOTTE, NC

Trinity Investors has partnered with GVA Management for the twelfth time to acquire and renovate two multifamily communities totaling 529 units located in Charlotte, NC. Ivy Hollow is a 2004-vintage, 228-unit garden-style apartment community in North Charlotte. Flats at Arrowood is a 301-unit garden-style apartment community located in South Charlotte. Trinity provided $27.750 million of junior capital for the transaction.
