Trinity Investors (formerly Trinity Private Equity Group) partnered with EQM Technologies & Energy, Inc. and its subsidiary, Vertterre Corporation, to develop, construct, and operate a power plant generating electricity from methane gas produced by the landfill in Grand Prairie, Texas. TPEG provided $3.2 million of equity capital.
